Graduate Student, Voldman Lab
Dan is a PhD student in the Mechanical Engineering department at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received his B.S. (in 2009) and M.S. (in 2012) in acoustics from Nanjing University, China. For his master project, he worked on photoacoustic imaging of biological tissues, which is a hybrid imaging modality employing both optics and acoustics. Now he is working on high-throughput microfluidic electric detection of protein biomarkers with Professor Joel Voldman.
